Preschool and Soccer

Grady on the first day of school.

Grady at orientation.

Grady had his first day of preschool this past Tuesday. He loved it, and if you can deduce from the pictures, enjoys art the best. Go figure. His orientation was last week and both days he went straight for the easel. I'm still unsure of what I am going to do for the entire day on Friday. Hmmmm...I'm sure I'll think of something.

Conner's first soccer game was on Saturday in the scorching heat. They won, even though they don't technically keep score. Conner was a bit sluggish but he says he's ready to go all out this weekend.

Work has been keeping me quite busy these last couple of weeks. I'm in the process of hiring some ladies and beefing up my staff as it thinned out this summer. This is typical but makes for some long days...ok for me but rough on the boys. I'll be taking them to Pawley's on the 23rd so there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
Shawn has been keeping busy with work. I think if anyone needs a vacation, it's him. I do wish he could join us down south but duty calls up here in New England. He works so hard and we are very fortunate to have a husband/daddy who takes such good care of us.
Lookin' good for picture day.
Coach Shawn.
