It's a boy!

Well, Sayward was correct. Say will post some pictures tomorrow. I'm about 99% sure they named him Thomas (my memory stinks since giving birth twice) and he weighed 7 pounds 2 ounces...I think. I know, I'm a wealth of misinformation. I'm feeling pretty good about my recall, really. We'll see tomorrow.

Fun times with the boys!

I was roaming Target this week with Grady when he decided sunglasses were the one thing missing from our cart. And, since I have a very difficult time saying no to my baby, we left with one pair for both Conner and the little man. Grady just can't seem to get them on right side up and Conner is quite impressed with how cool he looks. I've always thought kids in sunglasses are too cute.

The boys and I will have a quick week, only 3 days, then we are on a plane Thursday morning to Nana and Brian's. Conner is very excited and has been counting down the "sleeps" until it is time to leave. (Time is measured in sleeps for Conner.)

I got Conner this very touristy hat/dreadlock souvenir in Jamaica. The kid is 5 and I thought he'd have fun with it.

Shawn was called downstairs the other day only to find Conner in his "reading room." Little stinker!

I wish the picture were a little better...this is Conner this morning at his school. The preschool students sang two songs during the service. Conner was a little shy...I don't think he did any of the motions...but he was very handsome up on stage!

Just another day in paradise!

Our whole group dressed for a fantastic dinner at The White Witch.

On the beach at The Ritz.

Well, we're back. We woke up in Jamaica yesterday morning, strolled the beach, had a nice breakfast outside and today we woke to Conner running into our room giving us hugs and kisses. Both are a great way to start a day!

As you can see, the weather was absolutely beautiful and I am pretty sure it would have been difficult to find a more spectacular resort. We were extremely spoiled all week. Spa treatments everyday, drinks by the score poolside, fantastic food...gym here I come!!

My mom had a very busy week with the boys. She asked me several times how I do it and my answer is, I just do. Now she knows why I go to the gym every day...I need energy to keep up with those kids! Conner and Grady had a great time with Nana and now they are enjoying having their daddy back to wrestle and be crazy with. (As I type, they are running the circle and screaming...why did I want to leave Jamaica??????)

Grady is now 2 years old and just as cute as ever. He had a great birthday with lots of very good friends the night before we left. The football cake was a complete hit - the birthday boy kept running up to the table yelling "ba-ball" and wanting to look at it.

Have a great week and I'll post again before we leave for Hawaii!!
